These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions with WildHike Adventures. By booking a trek or trip with us, you agree to comply with the terms mentioned below.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any trek or trip.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip, as informed by our team.
• Prices may vary depending on season, availability, group size, or last-minute bookings.

2. Eligibility & Fitness

• Participants must be medically and physically fit for the chosen trek or trip.
• Any medical condition (asthma, heart issues, injuries, allergies, etc.) must be declared in advance.
• WildHike Adventures reserves the right to deny participation if a guest is found unfit or poses a safety risk.

3. ID Proof & Verification

• A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar / Passport / other) is mandatory for all participants.
• ID proof is required for permits, accommodation records, and safety compliance.
• Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Itinerary & Schedule Changes

Trek and trip itineraries are subject to change due to:

• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances

Such changes will be made in the best interest of participant safety and do not qualify for refunds.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

• Guests must respect local culture, fellow travellers, guides, and staff.
• Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited during treks.
• Any damage to property, camps, or equipment will be chargeable to the guest.
• Misconduct may result in immediate removal from the trip without any refund.

6. Safety & Responsibility

• WildHike Adventures provides trained guides and basic safety support.
• Trekking and travel involve inherent risks; guests participate at their own responsibility.
• WildHike Adventures is not liable for:
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of belongings
  • Delays due to natural or external factors
• Guests are advised to take personal precautions and follow guide instructions at all times.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • No-shows
  • Early exit from the trip
  • Voluntary withdrawal

8. Use of Photos & Media

• WildHike Adventures may capture photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes.
• By joining our trips, you consent to the use of such media for marketing, unless requested otherwise in writing.

9. Force Majeure

WildHike Adventures shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters / Weather conditions
• Government actions
• Roadblocks or strikes

In such cases, alternate dates or credit options may be offered at management discretion.

10. Modification of Terms

WildHike Adventures reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable immediately once published.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh, India only.
